FUTURE SOIL PRO SERIES for Civil Construction

Use the FUTURE SOIL® PRO SERIES for civil subgrades beneath concrete, paving and hardstands. The 10 L and 20 L professional concentrates contain more active ingredient and are generally applied at 1–2 mL/m² with calibrated equipment.
Diagnose the subgrade first
- Sodic, dispersive or reactive clay: use PRO SERIES CLAY FIXER / the clay-stabilisation pathway.
- Non-sodic compacted, low-infiltration or hydrophobic soil: use PRO SERIES POWER BREAKER.
Do not use POWER BREAKER as a sodicity treatment. Sodicity requires CLAY FIXER. POWER BREAKER restores movement where the limitation is physical compaction, low infiltration or repellency in non-sodic soil.
When to treat
Apply after subgrade diagnosis and bulk earthworks, before final trimming, compaction verification and concrete, paving or hardstand placement. Treat the full intended profile uniformly, use enough carrier water to distribute the product to target depth, avoid runoff and allow the treated layer to respond before proceeding.
Why FUTURE SOIL PRO SERIES
These soil-active technologies associate with soil particles for targeted, low-migration performance across acidic and alkaline conditions. That keeps more treatment in the intended profile and supports longer delivery of benefits.
Site workflow
- Map soil and construction zones.
- Confirm sodic versus non-sodic behaviour.
- Select CLAY FIXER or POWER BREAKER.
- Calculate treated area and PRO SERIES volume.
- Calibrate equipment and apply evenly.
- Water or incorporate to target depth without runoff.
- Verify subgrade behaviour and complete the engineering specification.
Reapplication is driven by disturbance, profile movement, returning compaction or changed site behaviour.
